KIM'S MESSAGE
This is my second time running for Elyria City Council 5th Ward seat as a Democrat. I believe the time is right for me to run to represent the 5th Ward. People want an elected representative who will be present throughout the community. I have experience in leadership and helping people resolve issues. As a lifelong resident of Elyria, I am committed and passionate about serving and representing our community.

Elyria City Council meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month, except during summer recess (June, July, and August), when they meet only on the first Monday.

Pass the Hat Fundraiser
It has been a family tradition when someone in the family is in need of assistance to "Pass the Hat." We will be passing the hat to raise funds for candidate Kim Black-Brown to represent the 5th Ward City Council in Elyria, Ohio.
